Do you deliver further than Glasgow?
We hand deliver all orders within Glasgow & surrounding areas. If you would like to contact us at email@example.com we may be able to accommodate at an increased delivery fee. (subject to individual orders)
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t home we will attempt to leave in a safe place e.g shed/ porch, alternatively we'll kindly ask a neighbour and post one of our calling cards to inform the recipient which neighbour has taken in their delivery. (unless specified otherwise)
Which days & hours are you open?
We are open Monday - Sunday, unless AM or PM times are requested at checkout all deliveries are made between 9am-6pm.
Can you deliver funeral flowers at a specific time?
Where possible we aim to deliver funeral tributes the day prior, we will liaise with your funeral director to organise delivery times.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
(Excluding 'Just A Buncha Flowers') Where some flower varieties are seasonal and stock availability changing substitutions may be made which aren't displayed in product photography. Substitutions will always be at a level or increased value in line with your item.
How Long should my bouquet last?
Most cut flowers last anywhere from 5-10 days if cared for accordingly. Fresh, clean water will give your cut flowers the longest life possible. Remember to remove the flowers from the vase every other day, rinse the vase out with hot soapy water, trim stems and fill it with fresh water. If you have wilting blooms or foliage, be sure to remove these to eliminate unwanted bacteria. Buncha Flowers Glasgow takes no responsibility for extreme weather conditions impacting on lifespan of flowers after 24 hour period (please see our Store Policies)
BLOOM BOXES must remain in the floral foam and hydrated -simply pour a glass of water directly into the foam daily
Can I make a change to my order once placed?
If you would like to amend your order please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
